FOR SAMOSA PATTI:
Butter fat(ghee) 100 gm ( 7 tbsp)
water 200 gm
cumin seed (zeera) 1 tsp
salt (namak) 1 tsp
all purpose flour (maida) (as per required)
FOR SAMOSA FILLING:
Potato (aloo) 6
onion (pyaz) 1 medium size
Salt (namak) 1 tsp
Red chili powder (laal mirch powder) 1 tsp
Tumeric powder (haldi) 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala powder 1 tsp
cumin seed powder after dry roasting 1 tsp
whole coriander powder after dry roasting 1 tsp
