Ingredients for the recipe:
For marination:-
8 chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp white vinegar/safed sirka
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder/laal mirch powder
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
For sauce:-
1tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic/ lehsun
2 tbsp red chilli sauce
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 tsp salt or as per taste
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp paprika powder
Note: Always use proper measuring cups and spoons for perfect measurement
