Easy and Delicious Malai Kofta Recipe

Today I am Sharing an extremely popular and tasty north indian creamy curry recipe of Malai kofta. In this aloo and paneer balls are fried and then combined with creamy onion and tomato gravy. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.


Ingredients

For kofta balls:
Potato - 2 boiled and grated
Paneer/cottage cheese - 200g
Green chillies - 3 chopped
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Maida/All purpose flour - 3 tbsp
Cornflour/maida - 4 tbsp for coating
Oil - for deep frying


For Gravy:
Oil - 4 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 1
Bay leaves - 2
Green Cardamon - 2
Onion - 2 medium size (paste)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Tomato - 2 big size in pureed
Nuts paste - 8 cashew + 8 almonds + 2 tbsp melon seeds
Fresh cream - 4 tbsp
Water - 1 cup
Fresh coriander - for garnish
