2018年新春。今年も“27球チャレンジ”が帰ってきました。過去２回の悔しい結果を受けて、リーダー役の宮里聖志が考えたのは、「妹の藍プロとアメリカで共に戦ってきた横峯さくらプロ、宮里美香プロとで強力タッグを組めば、悲願が達成出来るはず」というもの。
競技は「スクランブル方式」。メンバーそれぞれがティーショットを打ち、その中から最も良いボールを選択。

２打目以降も、最も良いボールを選択して、再び全員が打つ方式。過去２回の挑戦では、PAR3に苦しめられ、風に苦しめられ、あとわずかのところで達成ならず。２度あることは３度あるのか、それとも３度目の正直となるのか！
女子ゴルフ界をけん引してきた３人のトッププロに、MCの意地を見せたい宮里家長男・聖志プロ。テクニックの限りを尽くし、悲願達成へTee　Off！
